Privacy policy

Effective August 9, 2026

This policy explains how FindMyMeds handles information when you use our medication availability search.

Information we collect

When you request a medication search, we collect the prescription details you enter, the ZIP code and search radius, your name and contact information, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Please do not submit diagnosis, insurance, payment, or other medical-history information.

How we use information

We use this information to carry out your requested search, contact pharmacies, send you service updates, maintain your private tracking page, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and pharmacies

We may share the minimum information needed with pharmacies and service providers that help us operate communications, hosting, email, security, and analytics. Pharmacies have their own privacy practices and may limit what they disclose.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the search, legal obligations, security, and service operations. No system can guarantee absolute security. Anyone with your private tracking link may be able to view the request, so keep it private.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also ask us to stop an active search.
